First stage project, there are approximately 27,000㎡ concrete road, and 66,000㎡ constructed area, which includes 1560㎡ administrative building, 13,680㎡ seed cake warehouse, 4,160㎡ filling and packaging line, 3,840㎡ finished products warehouse, 1,392㎡oil mill, 2,436㎡ solvent extraction plant, 1,927㎡ refinery, 1,000㎡ boiler house and five 7200 ㎡ warehouses for storing raw materials.

The oil plant project consists of 250 ton per day oil press, 200 ton per day solvent extraction plant, 200 ton per day de-oil cake cooling and packing line, and 100 ton per day refinery.

The project has brought in world-class edible oil filtration and refining equipment, equipped with advanced fully automated filling and packaging line, ensuring food safety and product quality.
200 TPD solvent extraction plant
The second stage project plans to build overseas warehouses in both Dodoma and Dar es Salaam，with an investment of 20 million US dollar. The project will be equipped with a comprehensive warehouse management system, sorting equipment, packaging facilities, and temperature and humidity control systems to ensure the safe and efficient management of goods.
Four grain silos, 13120 Liters each
The second stage project plans to build overseas warehouses in both Dodoma and Dar es Salaam，with an investment of 20 million US dollar. The project will be equipped with a comprehensive warehouse management system, sorting equipment, packaging facilities, and temperature and humidity control systems to ensure the safe and efficient management of goods.
The third phase plans to focus on farm cultivation, grain storage and animal feed processing, with a planned investment of 60 million US dollar.
